37. The Corporation, itself or through any person it designates, shall hold public hearings to hear interested persons who have filed with it objections to the program and those who have signified in writing their wish to be heard; such hearings shall be held in a public hall in the municipality.
The Corporation shall notify in writing the municipality and every person who has filed objections with it of the date, hour and place of the hearings; it shall also give public notices thereof.
The Corporation shall notify its decision in writing to every person who has signified his objection or who has testified at the public hearings.
