Disposition versions
98. The members of the personnel of the Corporation, other than the president and chief executive officer, shall be appointed according to the staffing plan established by by-law of the Corporation.
Subject to the provisions provided for in a collective agreement, the Corporation shall determine, by by-law, the standards and scales of remuneration, employment benefits and other conditions of employment of the members of its personnel other than the president and chief executive officer, in accordance with the conditions defined by the Government.
