14. Notwithstanding articles 642, 645 and 648 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01), the court may, on the application of a party made within 30 days of receiving the arbitration award, review the decision of the arbitrators on the ground of a manifest error of law or fact and fix the amount of the final indemnity. The decision of the court is not subject to appeal.
