Section 148 Disposition versions

148. Any person whose permit is suspended, cancelled or not renewed may contest the Minister’s decision before the Administrative Tribunal of Québec within 60 days of the date on which the decision was notified to him.

148. Any person whose permit is suspended, cancelled or not renewed may appeal from the Minister’s decision to the Commission:

(a)  if the reasons of fact or law invoked in support of the decision are clearly erroneous;

(b)  if the proceedings are affected by gross irregularity;

(c)  if the decision has not been rendered impartially.
