90. A person ceases to be a member of a board of directors of an institution upon losing the qualifications necessary for his appointment or election, except a person elected under paragraph a of section 78 or 81.

A person shall cease to be a member of a board of directors of an establishment upon losing the qualifications necessary for appointment or election, except any member elected under paragraph a of each of sections 78, 79 and 81, paragraph a or b of section 80, or subparagraph a or b of the first paragraph of section 82.
