Section 141 Disposition versions

141. Every permit holder must, at the times fixed by regulation or, failing such, at the request of the Minister, furnish to the Minister, in such form as the latter may prescribe,

(1)  a detailed report of his activities containing the information prescribed by regulation;

(2)  financial statements certified by the auditor of the institution, in the case of a public institution or a private institution contemplated in sections 176 and 177.

141. Every permit holder must at the times fixed by the regulations furnish the Minister with a detailed report of his activities containing the information prescribed by the regulations; this report must be accompanied, in the case of the public establishments and private establishments contemplated in sections 176 and 177, by financial statements made in the form prescribed by regulation and certified by the establishment’s auditor.
