365. Where, in the opinion of the agency, a physician ceases to respect the undertaking made by him in accordance with section 363, the agency shall terminate his participation in the agreement and inform the physician, the regional department of general medicine and the Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec. The agency must give the physician an opportunity to present observations.

Where, in the opinion of the regional board, a physician ceases to respect the undertaking made by him in accordance with section 363, the board shall terminate his participation in the agreement and inform the physician, the regional department of general medicine and the Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec. The regional board must give the physician an opportunity to present observations.
