343. The agency shall see that mechanisms for public participation provided for in this Act, such as users’ committees and in-patients committees, are implemented.
The agency shall supervise the election, designation and co-optation of the members of the boards of directors of public institutions where provided for by this Act.

343. The regional board shall see that mechanisms for public participation provided for in this Act, such as users’ committees, are implemented.
The regional board shall supervise the election and appointment of the members of the board of directors of public institutions where such election or appointment is provided for by this Act.

343. The regional board shall
(1)  see that mechanisms for public participation provided for in this Act, such as the formation of users’ committees are implemented;
(2)  see that the regional assembly is formed and functions properly.
The regional board shall supervise the election and appointment of the members of the board of directors of public institutions where such election or appointment is provided for by this Act.
