136. The board of directors may decide that the public meeting required by section 135 is to be held in more than one place.

136. Where the facilities of an institution are situated at some distance from one another, the board of directors may decide that the public meeting provided for in section 135 shall be held in more than one place, and designate a chairman for each meeting.
