117.2. A person, including a director or a shareholder of a permit holder delivering subsidized childcare or a home educational childcare coordinating office, that, by an act or omission, helps a person to commit an offence under section 115.1 or 117.1 or that, by encouragement, advice or consent or by an authorization or order, induces another person to commit such an offence is guilty of the same offence.
