188. A monetary administrative penalty of $500 in the case of a natural person and $2,500 in any other case may be imposed on any person who contravenes section 55, 65, 67, 72, 77, 84, 90 or 92.
The same holds for any person who does not comply with a requirement of the Minister imposed under subparagraph 1 of the second paragraph of section 132.
