65. A storage licence holder must send a monthly report to the Minister detailing the quantity of gas injected or withdrawn during the previous month, and at the same time pay duties to the Minister on the gas withdrawn.
The Government determines, by regulation, the form and content of the report, the documents that must accompany it and the duties payable on the gas withdrawn.
