35. Except as otherwise provided by law, a corporation may keep all or any of the records and accounting records it is required to keep under this Act at a place outside its head office, if(1) the information contained in the records is available for inspection, in an appropriate medium, during regular office hours at the head office of the corporation or any other place in Québec designated by the board of directors; and
(2) the corporation provides technical assistance to facilitate the inspection of the information in the records.
