S-30.01 - Act respecting public transit authorities
Section 75
Disposition versions
75. The Administrative Labour Tribunal may
(1) order the transit authority to reinstate the employee ;
(2) order the transit authority to pay to the employee an indemnity up to a maximum amount equivalent to the salary the employee would normally have received had there been no such measure ;
(3) render any other decision the Tribunal believes fair and reasonable, taking into account all the circumstances of the matter, and in particular order the transit authority to pay to the employee compensation up to a maximum amount equivalent to the amount the employee disbursed to exercise the recourse.
75. The Commission des relations du travail may
(1) order the transit authority to reinstate the employee ;
(2) order the transit authority to pay to the employee an indemnity up to a maximum amount equivalent to the salary the employee would normally have received had there been no such measure ;
(3) render any other decision the Commission believes fair and reasonable, taking into account all the circumstances of the matter, and in particular order the transit authority to pay to the employee compensation up to a maximum amount equivalent to the amount the employee disbursed to exercise the recourse.
75. The labour commissioner may
(1) order the transit authority to reinstate the employee ;
(2) order the transit authority to pay to the employee an indemnity up to a maximum amount equivalent to the salary the employee would normally have received had there been no such measure ;
(3) render any other decision the labour commissioner believes fair and reasonable, taking into account all the circumstances of the matter, and in particular order the transit authority to pay to the employee compensation up to a maximum amount equivalent to the amount the employee disbursed to exercise the recourse.
