40. Every person who believes himself aggrieved owing to a decision rendered by the Board under section 39 may, within 60 days of notification, contest the decision before the Administrative Tribunal of Québec.

40. Every person who believes himself aggrieved owing to a decision rendered by the Board under section 39 may appeal to the Commission des affaires sociales in accordance with the Social Affairs Commission Act (chapter C-34).
