S-3.1 - Act respecting safety in recreation and sports

60.1. Every person who hinders a person authorized by the Minister, the recreation and sports integrity ombudsman or the board to ascertain whether this Act and the regulations are being complied within the exercise of any of the authorized person’s powers under sections 22, 25, 30.22, 30.26, 46.2.2, 46.32 and 46.33, for instance by deceiving him through concealment or by making a false declaration, is liable to a fine of $500 to $5,000 in the case of a natural person and $1,000 to $10,000 in any other case.
