60. Every person who refuses to obey an order of the Minister, of the board or of a person to whom the Minister or the board has delegated powers, is liable to a fine of $1,000 to $10,000 in the case of a natural person and $2,000 to $20,000 in any other case.

Every member of a sports federation or unaffiliated sports body who refuses to obey an order of the Minister issued under section 29.1 is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $100 to $5,000.
