46.2.5. The board may, in the exercise of its functions,
(1)  gather, analyze and disseminate information on the safety and integrity of persons in professional combat sports;
(2)  participate in the preparation of methods for training persons who work in professional combat sports with respect to the safety and integrity of persons.
