17. The financial year of the board ends on 31 March each year.
Not later than 31 July each year, the board shall submit to the Minister of Municipal Affairs a report of its activities for the preceding fiscal year.
The Minister shall table the report before the National Assembly within 30 days of receiving it, if he receives it during a session; otherwise, he shall table it within 30 days after the opening of the next session or within 15 days after resumption, as the case may be.
