346. When the Authority or the person designated by the Minister assumes administration of a company, the powers of the board of directors of the company are suspended and the Authority or the person designated by the Minister shall assume the powers thereof and those of the general meeting.
In no case may the Authority or the person designated by the Minister be prosecuted by reason of any act performed in good faith in carrying out duties.
