S-28 - Act respecting corporations for the development of Québec business firms
Section 26
Disposition versions
26. A register called the “SODEQ register” shall be kept in the Minister’s office for the registry of all corporations obtaining a registration certificate.
The entry for each corporation shall indicate:
(a) the name;
(b) the date of registration;
(c) the location of the head office;
(d) any other details the Minister deems useful.
