151. The Minister may, upon the recommendation of the Autorité des marchés financiers, suspend the powers of the board of directors of the company and appoint, for such period as he may determine, an administrator to exercise the powers of the board of directors.
The Minister shall, however, before suspending the powers of the board of directors, give the directors of the company and the Federation the opportunity to be heard.

151. The Minister may, upon the recommendation of the Agence nationale d’encadrement du secteur financier, suspend the powers of the board of directors of the company and appoint, for such period as he may determine, an administrator to exercise the powers of the board of directors.
The Minister shall, however, before suspending the powers of the board of directors, give the directors of the company and the Federation the opportunity to be heard.
