19. Any by-law made by a mixed enterprise company to distribute the assets to the shareholders and any unanimous shareholders’ agreement under section 213 of the Business Corporations Act (chapter S-31.1) must be approved by the Minister of Municipal Affairs, Regions and Land Occupancy to become effective.

19. Every by-law of the mixed enterprise company under section 93 of the Companies Act (chapter C‐38) and every unanimous shareholders’ agreement under section 123.91 of that Act must be approved by the Minister of Municipal Affairs, Regions and Land Occupancy to become effective.
