3.2. The Government shall refuse to authorize the constitution of an association where the memorandum of the association contains a name not in conformity with one of paragraphs 1 to 6 or paragraph 8 of section 16 of the Business Corporations Act (chapter S-31.1).

3.2. The Government shall refuse to authorize the constitution of an association where the memorandum of the association contains a name not in conformity with one of paragraphs 1 to 6 or paragraph 8 of section 9.1 of the Companies Act (chapter C-38).
