24. The Minister may, within the scope of the responsibilities and powers conferred on him, issue directives on the objects and orientation of the corporation in the discharge of its duties under this Act.
These directives must be submitted to the Government for approval. If they are so approved, they are binding on the corporation, which must comply with them.
Every directive must be tabled in the National Assembly within 15 days of its approval by the Government. If the Assembly is not sitting, the directive must be tabled in the Assembly within 15 days of resumption.
