24. The Société may, by by-law approved by the Government, determine the fees payable by any person for the use of certain services offered by it.
The Government may, 45 days after having asked the Société to make or amend a by-law referred to in the first paragraph, exercise the power of the Société to make such a by-law. A by-law made under this paragraph by the Government is deemed to be a by-law of the Société.
