Disposition versions
21. The company shall cooperate with the Québec Official Publisher in publishing judgments rendered by the courts of justice sitting in Québec and the decisions made by persons or bodies exercising adjudicative functions in Québec.
The company shall establish, by by-law, the procedure for collecting such judgments and decisions, criteria for the selection of those to be reported as well as the manner of reporting them.
Such by-law shall be made public by the company.
21. The company shall cooperate with the Québec Official Publisher in publishing judicial decisions rendered by the courts and the quasi judicial tribunals of Québec.
The company shall establish, by by-law, the terms and conditions for collecting decisions rendered by such courts, and establish criteria relating to the selection of the decisions to be reported and the manner of reporting them.
Such by-law shall be made public by the company.
