S-2.1 - Act respecting occupational health and safety
Section 87
Disposition versions
87. Where a health and safety committee exists in an establishment, one or more persons shall be designated from among the workers of the establishment as safety representatives.
The persons referred to in the first paragraph are members exofficio of the health and safety committee.
