If the presumption in favour of the worker applies, the labour commissioner may order the employer to reinstate the worker, with all his rights and privileges, and to pay him an indemnity, equal to the wages and other benefits he has been deprived of, within such time as the commissioner prescribes.
He may also order the employer to maintain the worker in his employment with all his rights and privileges, and to pay him an amount equal to his wages and other benefits until a final decision.
