224. Every draft regulation made by the Commission under section 223 shall be submitted to the Government for approval.

224. The Commission shall publish in the Gazette officielle du Québec every draft regulation it wishes to adopt with a notice indicating that at the expiry of 60 days following the notice, it will be adopted by the Commission with or without amendment and submitted to the Government for approval.

224. The regulations of the Commission shall be published in the Gazette officielle du Québec with a notice that they will be submitted to Government approval at the expiry of the sixty days following the notice.
