176.1.2. (Repealed).

176.1.2. Applications for review filed under section 358 of the Act respecting industrial accidents and occupational diseases (chapter A-3.001) in respect of a decision rendered pursuant to Chapter IX or X of the said Act shall be decided by the financing division.
The financing division shall also decide applications for review of decisions rendered under section 365 of the said Act in respect of the reconsideration of a decision rendered pursuant to Chapter IX or X of the said Act.
