If the worker maintains his refusal to perform the work when his supervisor or, as the case may be, the employer or his agent and the safety representative or the person replacing him are of opinion that no danger exists to justify the worker’s refusal to work or that his refusal to work is based on grounds that are acceptable in the particular case of that worker but do not justify another worker’s refusing to perform the work, the employer may, notwithstanding section 14, have the work performed by another worker. That other worker may accept to perform the work after being informed that the right of refusal has been exercised, and of the reasons therefor.
