A physician may be placed in charge of health services in an institution if his application to practise his profession for the purposes of this chapter has been accepted, in accordance with the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter S-4.2) or, as the case may be, the Act respecting health services and social services for Cree and Inuit Native persons (chapter S-5) by a person operating a hospital centre or local community service centre designated in the contract entered into pursuant to section 109.
