S-2.1 - Act respecting occupational health and safety

129. Subject to paragraph 5 of section 127, the preservation and confidentiality of a worker’s medical record shall be ensured in accordance with the Act respecting health and social services information (chapter R-22.1).
The physician must, on request, communicate a worker’s medical record to him or, with his written authorization, to any person designated by the worker.

The amendments made by 2023, c. 5, s. 233 are in force except as regards to the replacement in the first paragraph, where that paragraph applies to the records of beneficiaries in an institution referred to in the Act respecting health services and social services for Cree Native persons (chapter S-5) and the information they contain; See Order in Council 946-2024 dated 5 June 2024, (2024) 156 G.O. 2, 2123.
129.
