3. The Société is a mandatary of the State.
The property of the Société forms part of the domain of the State, but the performance of its obligations may be levied against its property.
The Société binds none but itself when it acts in its own name.

3. The corporation is a mandatary of the Crown in right of Québec.
The property of the corporation forms part of the public domain, but the performance of its obligations may be levied against its property.
