Section 17 Disposition versions

17. The Société has the following objects:

(1)  to manage and operate the Centre des congrès de Québec as well as any other establishment that is situated in the Québec city region or the surrounding regions and that is dedicated to holding conventions, trade shows or exhibitions for which responsibility is entrusted to it by the Government;

(2)  to draw up development or operational plans for the establishments referred to in paragraph 1;

(3)  to carry on such commercial and other activities as may foster the development and promotion of the establishments referred to in paragraph 1 and to maximize the economic, tourism, intellectual and social benefits generated by their operation.
