34.2. The board may impose a monetary administrative penalty if the permit holder is guilty of a failure to comply referred to in a regulation made under subparagraph 9.3 of the first paragraph of section 37 or by a regulation made under paragraph 12 of section 114 of the Act respecting liquor permits (chapter P-9.1).
