16. The Société’s mission shall be to trade in alcoholic beverages; the Société may also provide services related to its expertise and the experience it has acquired in the field and, with the authorization of the Government, establish and operate factories or other establishments for the making of alcoholic beverages.
The Société may carry out its mission and exercise its powers, except the in-store retail sale of alcoholic beverages, outside Québec.

16.
