27.2. An employee of the company or of its subsidiary referred to in section 27.1 who, on the day preceding the employee’s transfer to the company or the subsidiary, was a public servant with permanent tenure may request a transfer to a position in the public service or take part in a promotion selection process for such a position in accordance with the Public Service Act (chapter F-3.1.1).
