59. The Société must, not later than 30 June each year, send its financial statements and annual management report for its previous fiscal year to the Minister of Finance; such report must also contain all information that the Minister may require and be accompanied by the separate financial statements, the annual management report and, if applicable, the strategic plan of the Société québécoise du cannabis.

The Minister must table the annual management report and the financial statements of the Société as well as the financial statements, the annual management report and, if applicable, the strategic plan of the Société québécoise du cannabis in the National Assembly within 15 days after receiving them or, if it is not sitting, within 15 days of resumption.

The Société must provide the Minister of Finance with any information concerning the Société and its subsidiaries he requires.
