34. A member of the Sûreté du Québec, a member of a police force authorized for that purpose by the Minister of Public Security or any other person authorized by the president of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux to act as an inspector may, for the purposes of an inspection,
(1)  enter, at any reasonable time, any establishment or other place where an activity related to the use of a permit referred to in this Division is carried on;
(2)  examine the facilities, the products made, bottled or stored and anything else found in that place and related to the use of a permit;
(3)  open containers or packaging, collect samples or have them collected, conduct tests and perform analyses;
(3.1)  take photographs or make recordings of the place inspected and of the facilities, property and products found there;
(4)  examine and obtain copies of the registers, books and any other document respecting the activities related to the use of a permit;
(5)  demand any information in respect of the activities related to the use of a permit;
(6)  require any person on the premises to grant him reasonable assistance;
(7)  be accompanied by any person whose presence is considered necessary for the purposes of the inspection, who may then exercise the powers set out in subparagraphs 1 to 6.
Any person authorized to make an inspection must, on request, identify himself and produce a certificate of his capacity.

(4)  examine and obtain copies of the registers, books and any other document respecting an activity requiring a permit;
(5)  demand any information in respect of the activities relating to an activity requiring a permit;
(6)  require any person on the premises to grant him reasonable assistance.
Any person authorized to make an inspection must, on request, identify himself and produce a certificate of his capacity.

34. The Minister of Industry, Trade and Technology may also order the inspection of the facilities and of the products made, bottled or stored by small-scale production permit holders or industrial permit holders.
In the performance of their duties, the inspectors and any other person delegated by the Minister may, at any reasonable time, enter the establishments used for the activities of those permit holders, examine the products found therein, take samples, require the production and obtain copy of the books, registers and documents respecting such activities and require in such respect any other information deemed useful or necessary.
An inspector or any other person delegated by the Minister shall, on request, identify himself and produce a certificate of his capacity signed by the Minister.
At the request of the Régie des permis d’alcool du Québec established under the Act respecting liquor permits (chapter P-9.1), a member of a police force authorized for that purpose by the Minister of Public Security or a member of the Sûreté du Québec may exercise the powers provided in the second paragraph.

34. A weak cider maker’s permit entitles the holder to make weak cider and keep, sell and deliver the products which he makes to the Corporation or any person authorized to sell weak cider under a permit held by such person.
Such permit also entitles the maker to sell or deliver weak cider if he ships such cider outside Québec.
