31. Permits shall not be the object of a right of ownership and the holders shall not consider or value them as part of their assets.

31. Industrial permits shall not be the object of a right of ownership and the holders shall not consider or value them as part of their assets.

31. A distiller’s permit entitles the holder to make alcohol and spirits and to buy and import wine and spirits, for the sole purpose of blending with, for flavoring, the products he makes.
Such holder shall sell the products he makes to the Corporation only, unless he ships them outside Québec.
