19.6. (Repealed).
19.6. A regional committee shall appoint a chairman from among the persons contemplated in subparagraphs a and b of the first paragraph of section 19.3, for a period that must not exceed that of his term of office. The chairman of a regional committee cannot be appointed regional director under section 19.8.
