S-11.0101 - Act respecting the Société de financement agricole
Section 27
Disposition versions
27. The Société shall, within three months of the end of its fiscal year, submit its financial statements and the report of its activities for the preceding fiscal year to the Minister; the documents submitted must contain all the information required by the Minister.
The Minister shall table the report and financial statements in the National Assembly within 15 days of receiving them if it is in session or, if it is not sitting, within 15 days of resumption.
