218.1. At least every six years, the competent committee of the National Assembly shall hold a public consultation on the examination of the operation of this Act, the state of the base plan’s and the additional plan’s account and the accumulation of the reserve of each plan, and the advisability of proposing changes to the benefits provided for in this Act and to the contribution rates.
