R-9 - Act respecting the Québec Pension Plan

Disposition versions
34. The Minister shall remit to Retraite Québec each month the contributions which he is required to collect under this Act, with the interest and penalties relating thereto, after deducting the refunds and taking account of the adjustments resulting from the agreements and the costs of collection determined by the Government.
Retraite Québec shall deposit with the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, keeping deposits for the base plan separate from those for the additional plan, all the money received under the first paragraph, except whatever is necessary for the current administration of each plan and for the payment of benefits for a prescribed period.
34.
