18. On the expiry of their term, members of the board of directors shall remain in office until they are replaced or reappointed.

18. Every vacancy occurring during the term of office of a member of the board of directors other than the president shall be filled by following the mode of appointment prescribed for the appointment of the member to be replaced and for the remainder of the term of the member to be replaced.
