Disposition versions
48. Sections 54 to 57 and Divisions I and I.1 of Chapter IV of the Labour Code (chapter C-27) do not apply to a dispute to which this Act applies.
The other provisions of that Code apply in the municipal sector, to the extent that they are not inconsistent with this Act.
