The Conseil du trésor shall invite the Minister of Education, Recreation and Sports, the Minister of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology or the Minister of Health and Social Services, as the case may be, to participate in its deliberations where they deal with the negotiations referred to in sections 44 and 53.
