28.The clauses negotiated and agreed by a group of associations of employees are binding on every new association of employees that affiliates to that group while the clauses contemplated in section 44 are in effect.
Where an institution obtains the status of private institution under agreement within the meaning of the Act respecting health and social services (chapter S-4.2), the clauses negotiated and agreed by a group of associations of employees are binding on every association affiliated to it from the date set in an order of the Minister of Health and Social Services. That date may not be later than one year after the change of status and, if no ministerial order is made, the last day of the time limit is the date on which the association becomes bound by those clauses.
